Job summary

Trident Systems in Sterling, VA is seeking an Integration & Test Engineer to lead planning, execution, and continuous improvement of test activities for space-grade electronics. You will work with electrical, software, and manufacturing teams to design test systems and validate flight/non-flight electronics for satellite programs.

The role requires 2+ years in integration/testing, experience with oscilloscope, power supply, logic analyzer, and automated test setups, and familiarity with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in integration, testing, or verification of electronic systems.
• Hands-on experience with test equipment and automated test systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans, procedures, and verification matrices for space electronics.
• Perform functional, environmental, and system-level testing of electronic assemblies and subsystems.
• Document results with test reports, discrepancy reports, and root-cause analyses.
• Design, develop, and maintain test fixtures, harnesses, automated test setups, and supporting software.
• Ensure all test activities meet AS9100, configuration management, and traceability requirements.
