Job summary

Trident Systems is seeking an Integration and Test Engineer for the Chantilly, VA area to support functional testing and validation of electronic systems from prototype to flight-ready hardware.

You will work with design engineers and test technicians to perform electrical and environmental testing, document real‑time issues, and contribute to continuous improvement. Some shifts and local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering.
• 0-2+ years of related experience or equivalent education.
• Familiarity with PCAs and electrical test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support system requirements verification through the program life cycle.
• Assist in design and verification activities for hardware, electrical, software, and firmware testing.
• Conduct functional and environmental testing including thermal vacuum and EMC testing.
• Prepare verification plans and test procedures for system requirements.
• Record results, escalate issues, and contribute to continuous improvement.
