Job summary

Auria seeks Modeling & Simulation Analysts to support the National Space Defense Center at Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, CO. This onsite role focuses on STK-driven simulations for live, virtual, and constructive training and mission planning.

Qualified candidates will have a TS/SCI clearance, space operations knowledge, and experience with MBSE, SysML, and SDCCS. Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $130,000 with strong benefits and education support.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Team-oriented professionals with the ability to work across missions and domains.
• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of experience or a Graduate Degree with 4+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Support NSDC Schriever Space Force Base operations and training using modeling & simulation tools.
• Develop and integrate live, virtual, and constructive training capabilities.
• Model real-world engagements and mission planning to support tactics, techniques, and procedures development.
• Contribute to future requirements for common operating picture tools.
