Job summary

Auria is seeking Modeling & Simulation (M&S) Analysts to support the National Space Defense Center (NSDC) at Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO. Join a highly motivated team developing complex orbital simulations for Tier 1 exercises over the past 5 years.

The role requires highly motivated team players who can move across the M&S domain to expand mission areas and support the NSDC. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $130,000 and the position is onsite.

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI is required.
  • Strong knowledge of space operations, orbital mechanics and the Space Domain Awareness mission area.
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years or graduate degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of STK, MBSE and SysML; SDCCS knowledge is beneficial.
  • Experience with wargame model development and integrating real-world data into analyses.
  • Experience developing courses of action for operational maneuvers and AoA in planning.

Responsibilities

  • Support NSDC operations and training at Schriever SFB.
  • Increase customer capability for live, virtual and constructive training and experimentation.
  • Model real-world engagements, training events and mission planning operations.
  • Provide foundation for future requirements development of common operating picture tools.
