Job summary

QinetiQ US in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Budget/Financial Analyst to support the Space Development Agency’s mission. You will perform PPBE analysis, manage funding transfers, and develop spend plans, collaborating with technical POCs to ensure funds are available.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 7+ years’ experience, DoD or space system background, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support PPBE activities and budget development for SDA programs.
• Develop and execute funding transfers and budget justifications.
• Translate program requirements into acquisition, planning, and release documents.
• Coordinate budget documents and milestones with government and contractors.
• Ensure funds are adequately allocated and track milestones.
