QinetiQ US is seeking a highly qualified candidate to provide budgetary support to a client in Chantilly, VA. The role focuses on PPBE-informed planning, funding strategies, and portfolio execution across a program with an annual budget over $100M.

The ideal candidate brings DoW financial management experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership decisions and project delivery. This is a full‑time on‑site role in Chantilly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 15 years of experience with 5+ years supporting DoW financial management, budgeting, or program portfolio execution.
• TS/SCI Clearance Required.
• Experience with DAI.
• Experience tracking funds execution across multiple projects or funding lines.
• Familiarity with PPBE process and DoW appropriations (RDT&E, O&M, Procurement, etc.).
• Strong analytical and communication skills, including executive briefing development.
• Able to work full‑time in a Chantilly VA office within SCIF/SAPF spaces.

Responsibilities

• Support financial execution across a portfolio of projects.
• Day to day responsibilities include tracking budget execution, obligations, and expenditures across multiple funding lines.
• Monitor financial performance and identify risks impacting project delivery.
• Align funding with project schedules, milestones, and execution priorities.
• Maintain financial and execution trackers.
