Job summary

Anduril Industries is hiring a Technical Program Manager for its Space division. The TPM will lead day‑to‑day program execution, coordinating budget, schedule, and technical objectives with customers and growth teams to meet contractual requirements.

The role focuses on building a resilient, software‑defined mesh networking layer and C2 capabilities for Space Domain Awareness, working with mission partners to deploy on tight timelines across DoD and IC contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience designing or leading complex software programs for C2 capabilities across domains.
• 4+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience with deployment and integration of hardware and software systems.
• Experience with building and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Ownership: lead project from start to finish with customer and engineering team; develop the technical path for success.
• Embed/Engage: understand customer mission challenges and shape products with engineers.
• Build/Orchestrate: collaborate with internal teams to deliver hardware/software solutions.
• Plan: develop sprint and execution plans with clients and engineers.
• Grow business through customer success: manage relationships to achieve commercial targets.
