Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent technical area of study
• 12+ years of relevant professional or educational experience
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for interactions at all levels of corporate and government leadership
• Current Top Secret/SCI security clearance are required

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a dynamic team providing technical expertise to government SBI Program Office and stakeholders
• Model Aerospace values of objectivity and integrity in all leadership activities
