Job summary

The Aerospace Corporation is seeking a Systems Director – Space-Based Interceptor System Integration and Launch Engineering to lead the SBI System Integration and Launch team, advising the SBI Program Office on space segment development. The role is based on-site at our Huntsville, AL facility and requires active Top Secret/SCI clearance and U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a STEM bachelor's degree and 12+ years of professional or educational experience.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication at all levels of leadership.
• Proven leadership to operate strategically and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Lead SBI System Integration and Launch engineering team supporting government SBI Program Office.
• Represent Aerospace values and advise senior government customers.
• Coordinate with SMEs across the corporation to bring technical expertise to government and industry.
• Collaborate with the defense architecture team and external stakeholders.
