Job summary

Elements Massage Newton is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to drive membership sales and deliver exceptional client service in a spa-like setting. You will follow a proven sales process, listen to clients, and convert inquiries into wellness plan sign-ups.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in-person to potential clients.
• Customer service in spa-like environments is preferred; hospitality and execution matter.
• Familiarity with scheduling and payments processed with computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build loyalty.
• Talk with clients, listen actively, and convert inquiries into memberships.
• Work evenings and weekend shifts as needed.
