Responsibilities

• Enroll clients into the Elements Wellness Program by following our sales process.
• Serve as the first and last point of hospitality for clients, whether on the phone or in person.
• Process client paperwork and payments with accuracy.
• Work as a team with managers and massage therapists to ensure the client is the center of the experience.
