Job summary

The Crescent Hotels Group seeks an experienced Spa & Fitness Operations Associate to assist the Director in leading daily spa operations, retail, membership, and fitness programs at our Williamsburg property. You will supervise staff, help manage scheduling, budgets, guest service, and ensure Forbes standards are met while maintaining a welcoming, high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

Four (4) or more years of spa, fitness facility, country club or related facility experience.
Minimum of five (5) years supervising associates.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Spa or Fitness Certification preferred.
Must communicate in English.

Responsibilities

Maintain knowledge of hotel features, spa services, fitness programs and hours.
Assist in daily spa operations: bookings, inventory, and staff coordination.
Assist in spa member fitness areas and member billing activities.
Support promotions to generate spa revenue and assist with hiring.
Contribute to forecasting, budget guidelines, and cost control.
Ensure service standards exceed guest expectations and resolve issues.
Coordinate with other departments to meet group requests and maintain cleanliness.
