Job summary

The Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Spa Supervisor in Williamsburg, VA to support the Spa Manager with daily operations, staff leadership, and guest services. You will help manage group bookings and bridal parties while assisting with budgeting and inventory to ensure a premium guest experience.

The role requires 3–5 years supervisory experience in spa or fitness settings, strong English communication, and a professional, team-oriented attitude. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

3–5 years of supervisory experience in a spa, fitness or recreation facility.
3 years of experience in a spa, fitness center, or recreation facility.
Ability to communicate in English.
Professional appearance and team player attitude.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist the Spa Manager in staff leadership and daily operations.
Oversee guest requests, budgeting, forecasting, and inventory.
Coordinate group bookings and bridal parties.
Contribute to a professional, high-service spa environment.
