Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in spa, salon, hospitality, or retail.
• Spa Manager Certification preferred.
• State/local licenses as required by law.

Responsabilités

• Provides weekly or monthly coaching sessions to develop and support team members and retain staff.
• Monitors the LifeSpa profit and loss statement and makes budget-based adjustments.
• Educates members about Life Spa services and products using strong customer service skills.
• Works the coordinator desk for 18–20 hours to coach and share business-building best practices.
