Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Spa Manager to lead Life Spa services and retail staff, drive revenue, and oversee department operations. You will supervise the Life Spa team and align activities with Life Time’s mission, ensuring outstanding customer service and financial performance.

The role requires spa or hospitality leadership experience, a high school diploma or GED, and applicable licensure. The position supports a collaborative, member-focused environment with professional growth

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience in salon, spa, hospitality or retail leadership.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Spa Manager Certification required.
• Licenses as required by state/county/city law.

Responsibilities

• Provides weekly or monthly coaching to develop and educate team members to retain staff.
• Monitors LifeSpa budgetary performance and makes adjustments per guidelines.
• Develops strong relationships with members and educates them on spa services and products.
• Works at the coordinator desk 18–20 hours to coach and share best practices.
