Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing budgets, and building strong member relationships through education on services and products. A Spa Manager Certification and state licenses are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in spa, salon, hospitality or retail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Spa Manager Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides coaching sessions weekly or monthly to develop and educate team members.
• Monitors the spa profit and loss statement and adjusts per budget guidelines.
• Educates members on spa services and products to build relationships and drive sales.
• Oversees desk operations and provides in-the-moment coaching and business-building practices.
