AIRE Ancient Baths Copenhagen seeks an Assistant Therapist Manager to coordinate and oversee the Therapists team on shift, supporting the Therapist Manager to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experience. You will lead briefings, manage schedules, and maintain high standards across rooms, supplies, and service areas.

The role requires an active NY State Massage Therapy License, 2+ years as a Licensed Massage Therapist, and at least 2 years of direct team leadership in spa or

Qualifications

• Active New York State Massage Therapy License is required.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist.
• Minimum 2 years of direct team leadership experience in spa, aesthetics, or wellness operations.
• Strong scheduling, treatment coordination, and operations focus.
• Evening and weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Therapist schedules and real-time changes.
• Oversee flow between Therapist team and Bath Area for punctual treatments and guest experience.
• Lead daily briefings and ensure smooth shift handovers.
• Perform operations checks for rooms, supplies, and standards.
• Communicate with Front Desk, Housekeeping, Facilities, and Bath Area teams.
