Job summary

Massage Envy Cranston is seeking an entry-level Spa Back to support therapists and maintain a welcoming environment for clients and staff. The role involves room turnover, treatment preparation, and ensuring cleanliness across the clinic.

We offer a base pay of $16.00 per hour plus tips, paid sick time, an employee referral bonus program, and a flexible schedule. A free massage or skincare service is provided monthly, along with product discounts.

Qualified Candidates:

• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Support massage therapists, estheticians, and stretch service providers with room turnover and treatment preparation (e.g., hot towels, supplies).
• Ensure all areas of the clinic — including treatment rooms, restrooms, and lobby — are clean, stocked, and well-maintained.
• Refill lotion and treatment product bottles and organize clinic inventory and supplies.
• Perform cleaning duties as needed, maintaining professionalism and client confidentiality at all times.
