Job summary

Massage Envy East Greenwich is seeking a part-time guest services associate to support our wellness-focused team. You will greet clients, book appointments, educate clients on services, and drive homecare retail purchases while delivering outstanding customer care to every guest.

We offer flexible day/evening/weekend shifts, a base pay of $17–$19 per hour plus bonus, plus benefits and staff training to help you grow in wellness services.

Qualifications

• Retail and sales experience required.
• Strong math and computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with guests.
• Knowledge of massage and skincare services a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on services and promote the Wellness Program; book future services and retail purchases.
• Schedule services, answer calls and emails, and respond to inquiries.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and outreach efforts.

Qualified Candidates:

• Must have previous retail and sales experience
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
