Job summary

Massage Envy Cranston is seeking friendly team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will educate clients on Total Body Care, book services, and help manage clinic flow with a positive, professional approach.

The position offers a base pay of $17-$19 per hour plus bonus, with full-time benefits including medical, dental, and vision plans, a matching 401(k), paid time off, and monthly free services. A flexible schedule and strong math and computer skills will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills; ability to multitask.
• Excellent people skills and the ability to build guest relationships.
• Knowledge of massage and skincare services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on Total Body Care and promote the Wellness Program; book future services; encourage homecare retail purchases.
• Schedule services, answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address questions to support clinic flow.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and outreach to clients via phone/email.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)


• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask


• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests


• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood


• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations


• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions


• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
