Job summary

Qualifications

1 year of supervisory experience in a customer-oriented environment.
Demonstrated commitment to exceeding customer expectations with attention to detail.
Strong communication in English with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

Display effectively, communicate and hold retail associates accountable for The Triology.
Assist with ensuring all audit requirements are met on a daily basis.
Participate in all quarterly inventories to audit standards.
Collaborate with Retail Director/Buyer/Retail Lead Supervisor to achieve budgeted revenues and profits.
Assist with the monthly markdown plans.
Perform shop walk-thru to ensure proper merchandising and cleanliness.
Assist with interviewing and hiring of retail associates as needed.
Lead stand-up meetings to motivate staff and provide great customer service.
Train retail associates in sales procedures and customer service.
Ensure new hires are trained to standard and 30/60/90-day checklists are completed.
Ensure Moments of Service checklists are completed monthly and documented.
Perform Manager on Duty functions as needed in the absence of the Lead Retail Supervisor.
