Responsibilities

• Inspect guestrooms and public areas cleanliness.
• Assign special tasks to team members.
• Assist in cleaning guest rooms when needed.
• Process AM and PM room status reports.
• Report repairs or discrepancies in guest rooms.
• Ensure supply stocking and cart organization.
• Maintain stock in linen closets and supply cages.
• Punch in guest rooms after completion.
• Inspect VIP rooms promptly.
• Prioritize checkout/vacated rooms.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities and events.
• Uphold safety for guests and associates.
