Job description

JOB OVERVIEW: To assist the Spa Manager in providing leadership, direction, and supervision of the staff in the daily operations of the spa, including retail, membership, salon, and fitness programs. Assists in overseeing guest requests, budgeting, forecasting, and managing salon product inventory and ordering. Handles group bookings and bridal parties.

Job Requirements:

  1. 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a spa, fitness, or recreation facility.
  2. 3 years of experience working in a spa, fitness center, or recreation facility.
  3. Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  4. Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
  5. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
  6. Strong communication skills with guests. Willingness to assist coworkers and be a team player.
  7. Ability to handle internal and external customers with patience, tact, and diplomacy, especially in conflict situations. Ability to observe emergency signs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
