Auberge Collection in Aspen is seeking a dedicated Spa Supervisor to create exceptional guest experiences through welcoming and orienting guests to spa facilities. The hotel’s two luxurious Residential Penthouses offer everything from private elevator entrances to spectacular mountain views. The targeted compensation wage for this full time year round, non-exempt position is $25.00-27.00/hr.
As the host of all hosts, the Spa Supervisor is responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience by welcoming and orienting guests to the spa facilities while ensuring seamless daily operations. This role leads by example, providing outstanding customer service, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, and supporting the spa team in a fast‑paced luxury environment. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering personalized guest experiences.
