The Pfister Hotel’s WELL Spa in downtown Milwaukee is seeking a part-time Guest Services Associate to deliver gracious service in a premier luxury setting. You will greet guests, guide them to the spa, and help with pre-treatment paperwork to ensure a seamless, relaxing start to every visit.

You will schedule and confirm appointments, recommend personalized spa services and products, and professionally handle inquiries across in-person, phone, and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming first impression of WELL Spa, creating a warm, professional, and memorable experience for every guest.
• Greet clients upon arrival, process pre-treatment paperwork, and personally guide guests to the spa to ensure a seamless and relaxing start to their visit.
• Schedule, manage, and confirm appointments while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in the booking process.
• Build guest relationships by recommending personalized services and retail products that enhance the spa experience, encourage repeat visits, and support revenue goals.
• Ensure guest inquiries are handled promptly and professionally, providing exceptional service in person, over the phone, and through digital communication channels.
