Tricoci in the United States seeks a Service Support Assistant to deliver exceptional client experiences by servicing guests and maintaining a pristine salon/spa environment. You will assist with amenities, beverages, and daily operations to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

The role emphasizes teamwork, professionalism, and a high level of client service across all salon and spa areas, supporting consistent brand standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships if necessary.
• Able to stand on your feet for prolonged periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standard customer service at Tricoci Salon & Spa.
• Guide and support clients during their time in the salon/spa.
• Offer beverages as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across all areas including spa waiting rooms, locker rooms, and nail areas.
• Ensure robes, wraps, sandals, towels, and Tricoci amenities are stocked.
• Sanitize showers and steam areas; clean drains.
• Support daily laundry operations: wash, dry, fold, replenish linens and towels.
• Maintain beverage stations and restock glassware and drinks.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures; uphold brand standards.
• Be an engaged team member promoting teamwork and client service.
