Job summary

Tricoci Salon & Spa is seeking Salon Assistants to support Hairstylists, assist with colorists, and ensure a high standard of client service. Roles include shampooing, applying treatments, and maintaining stations in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends and some holidays.
• Strong and excellent communication skills and organizational ability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to build and maintain strong guest relationships.
• Able to stand for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality assistance to Hairstylists and Colorists.
• Shampoo clients and apply/monitor treatments and conditioning.
• Maintain blow-dry/self-serve and station cleanliness.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures are followed.
• Promote teamwork and deliver excellent client services.
