Massage Heights is hiring at their Heights Wellness Retreat location to join a team focused on retail sales and guest services in a wellness setting. You will promote massage and skincare services, educate guests about offerings, and strive to meet membership and gift card sales targets.

Applicants should bring exceptional guest service, strong communication, and a collaborative spirit. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are emphasized for full- and part-time positions.

Qualifications

• Exceptional guest service and communication abilities.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or guest services is required.
• Proficient with basic computer software and quick to learn new systems.
• Fast learner with a positive and energetic demeanor.
• Strong critical thinking skills, especially in resolving customer conflicts.
• Passionate about interacting with people and delivering outstanding service.
• Thrives in collaborative team settings.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets through membership and gift card sales
• Provide exceptional service by listening, communicating, and responding to guest’s needs
• Promote the therapeutic/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin therapy
• Educate guests confidently and effectively about services and products
• Excellent phone etiquette with an upbeat tone and strong articulation
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with members of the team and guests
