Elements Massage in Hilliard, Ohio is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead a growing sales team for massage services and wellness memberships. You will oversee daily sales operations, coach associates, and ensure an exceptional guest experience while collaborating with the Columbus management team.

The ideal candidate has sales management experience in spa/salon settings, strong communication, and the ability to work nights and weekends across multiple studio locations in the Columbus area.

Qualificações

• Experience in sales management, preferably in a massage studio or spa environment.
• Ability to increase studio sales through networking and cross-selling.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and hitting sales goals.
• Experience hiring/developing staff and leading a team.
• Familiarity with basic business financials and performance reporting.
