Qualifications

• Sales management experience in spa/salon settings.
• Ability to increase studio sales through networking and cross-selling.
• Track record of exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals.
• Experience hiring and/or developing staff preferred.
• Familiarity with business financials and performance reporting.
• Strong analytical ability and learning aptitude.
