Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a nationwide spa brand seeking a customer-focused sales associate in Northbrook, Illinois. You will help clients choose services, learn the menu through training, and drive membership sign-ups while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Meet membership sales goals and promote services.
• Develop detailed knowledge of the menu of spa services after training.
• Provide outstanding customer service to members and guests and build relationships.
• Work flexible hours and communicate promotions effectively.
• Keep spa clean and maintain a positive, energetic attitude.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents.
• Support other duties as assigned.
