Job summary

Heights Wellness Retreat in Webster, TX is seeking a Front Desk Wellness Sales Consultant to warmly greet guests, schedule appointments, and guide them to appropriate therapists and services. You will confidently present products and promotions while working to meet personal and team sales goals.

A positive, energetic attitude and strong communication are essential as you learn our systems and support a spa-like environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Must have sales and guest service experience.
• Have a passion for wellness.
• Strong understanding of basic computer software and ability to learn new systems.
• Fast learner with a positive, energetic attitude.
• Critical thinking skills, including customer conflict resolution.
• Passion for communicating with people and providing exceptional service on a consistent basis.
• MUST be available to work varied hours (weekends, evenings, holidays, etc.)

Responsibilities
