Heights Wellness Retreat in Boerne, Texas is seeking a passionate Sales Specialist to guide guests toward personalized membership paths and wellness journeys. This role centers on relationships, empathy, and expert communication to help guests embrace their full potential.

The position involves conducting consultations, presenting membership options, and supporting front desk operations with a collaborative team of therapists to ensure a seamless, elevated guest experience.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, guest services, or a wellness-focused environment.
• Previous experience in membership sales is required.
• Natural ability to connect, listen, and inspire trust.
• Proficient with basic computer software and quick to learn new systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead personalized consultations to understand each guest’s wellness goals.
• Present tailored membership options and guide guests through their next steps.
• Promote the therapeutic/wellness benefits of massage therapy, skin therapy, and wellness therapies.
• Support daily Retreat operations including check-in, transitions, and front desk excellence.
• Excellent phone etiquette with an upbeat tone and strong articulation.
• Collaborate with therapists and team members to ensure a seamless, elevated experience.

Schedule/Expected work hours

• 6–8-hour day and evening shifts
• Full and part-time positions available
• Minimum one-weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)
