Job summary

Heights Wellness Retreat in Las Vegas is seeking a passionate Sales Specialist to guide guests through personalized membership paths, aligning wellness goals with tailored packages, in a serene, sanctuary setting.

You will lead consultations, present options, promote massage therapy and other wellness services, and collaborate with therapists to ensure a seamless, elevated guest experience while participating in training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, guest services, or a wellness-focused environment.
• Previous experience in membership/package/gift cards/product sales is highly desired.
• Natural ability to connect, listen, and inspire trust.
• Proficient with basic computer software and quick to learn new systems.
• Fast learner with a positive and energetic demeanor.
• Strong critical thinking skills, especially in resolving customer conflicts.
• Thrives in collaborative team settings.
• Lead/Coach and train other Wellness Sales Specialists.
• Coachable personality and sales focused drive.

Responsibilities

• Lead personalized consultations to understand each guest’s wellness goals.
• Present tailored membership options and guide guests through their next steps.
• Promote the therapeutic/wellness benefits of massage therapy, skin therapy, and wellness therapies.
• Support daily Retreat operations including check-in, transitions, and front desk excellence.
• Excellent phone etiquette with an upbeat tone and strong articulation.
• Collaborate with therapists and team members to ensure a seamless, elevated experience.

Schedule/Expected work hours

• 6–8-hour day and evening shifts
• Full and part-time positions available
• Minimum of one-two weekend shifts a month (Friday, Saturday and or Sunday)
