Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Cary, NC is seeking a Spa Sales Associate to deliver a warm, professional welcome and drive membership and service upgrades. You’ll book appointments, manage client files, and uphold spa standards while helping guests choose the right services.

We offer a simple, stress-free commission model, flexible shifts including day/evening/weekends, and advancement paths into lead associate and management roles.

Pay & Benefits

• Base pay + commissions on memberships, gift cards, and service upgrades. (Our 2025 average hourly rate is $15.84, with top associates earning up to $20/hr.)

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Full-time: Flexibility for a mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts (all staff work at least one Sat or Sun shift).
• Part-time: At least one evening and one weekend shift required.
