Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a dynamic retail sales professional to drive memberships and gift card sales at our location in the United States. Under new ownership, our spa aims to move from the bottom 20% to the top 5% within Hand & Stone, building a positive culture and rewarding performance.

You will greet clients, answer phones, book appointments, and promote health and wellness benefits of massage therapy while maintaining a professional environment.

Qualifications

• Track record of retail sales experience preferred.
• Desire to be in a sales position.
• Excellent personal appearance and communication skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with guests.
