Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Stoneham, MA is seeking a motivated Spa Sales Associate to deliver an outstanding guest experience and drive wellness memberships.

Bring strong customer service and sales skills to a fast-paced spa environment. You’ll handle scheduling, explain benefits of services, and promote memberships with commissions and bonuses. Evening/weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Comfortable recommending memberships and wellness services.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create a warm, professional first impression.

• Build strong relationships with members and encourage retention.
• Maintain accurate client records and appointment schedules.
