Hand & Stone New Albany is seeking a High-Performing Spa Sales Associate (Full-Time) to join our front desk team. This role blends guest experience with sales leadership, offering base pay plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.

You’ll convert inquiries into memberships and gift card purchases, upsell services, and deliver a polished, high-energy guest experience from check-in to check-out while meeting ambitious goals.
