Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking an energetic Assistant Spa Sales Manager with strong organizational skills and a self-starter attitude. The role focuses on driving sales, managing front desk operations, and coaching the Spa Associate team to achieve 40%+ conversion in a luxury spa setting.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of sales/customer service experience, preferably in a luxury hotel, spa or gym.

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is looking for an energetic Assistant Spa Sales Manager with enthusiasm, strong organizational skills, a self-starter and think "outside the box" type of person. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2-3 years of sales/customer service experience, preferably in a luxury hotel, spa or gym environment. The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee and manage the daily sales operations of the front desk

• Proven record of sales success in a membership based business
• Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
