Hand & Stone New Albany is seeking a high-energy Spa Sales Associate to join our busy location. This is a full-time, base plus commission role where performance drives income and growth through memberships, services, and gift cards.

You will engage clients, present tailored spa offerings, and guide them from check-in to checkout while delivering a top-notch guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Consistently hit (and exceed) membership, gift card, and enhancement sales goals
• Recommend services, upgrades, and packages based on client needs
• Manage front desk operations, scheduling, and client flow

• Handle client concerns confidently and professionally
