Job summary

Hand and Stone is seeking Spa Associates in Cumming, GA for a long-term, dynamic role in our spa. You will ensure an outstanding guest experience, greet members, handle phone inquiries, schedule appointments, sell memberships, and support upgrades while maintaining a professional, clean workplace.

The position offers $16 per hour plus bonuses and commissions, with flexible schedules and opportunities for growth in a convenient spa location.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and work ethic.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Zenoti; basic accounting principles.
