Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – Houston Memorial is seeking an experienced, sales-driven Spa Associate to join our front desk on a part-time, as-needed basis. You will focus on memberships, upgrades, gift cards, and retail products while delivering a warm guest experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of customer service or sales experience, is comfortable meeting goals, and can work evenings, weekends, and high-volume periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Strong sales background with a proven ability to meet goals.
• Open availability and schedule flexibility required.
• Part-time and as-needed availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable discussing pricing, memberships, and services.
• Zenoti experience is a plus.

Spa Associate – Sales Focused

Part-Time / As Needed | $14.00 per hour

At Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – Houston Memorial, we’re looking for an experienced, sales-driven Spa Associate to join our front desk team on a part-time, as-needed basis.

This is a SALES position. While providing exceptional guest service and supporting daily front desk operations are important parts of the role, we are specifically looking for someone who is confident selling memberships, upgrades, gift cards, retail products, and services.

If you are outgoing, competitive, comfortable working toward goals, and know how to turn a great guest experience into a sale, we want to meet you!

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of customer service and/or sales experience required
• Strong sales background with a proven ability to meet goals
• Open availability and schedule flexibility required
• Available to work part-time and as needed, including evenings, weekends, and high-volume periods
• Confident discussing pricing, promotions, memberships, and service recommendations
• Comfortable asking for the sale and overcoming objections
• Professional, dependable, energetic, and team-oriented
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Previous spa, salon, wellness, hospitality, or membership-based sales experience preferred
• Zenoti experience is a plus

What You’ll Do

• Meet and exceed individual and spa membership sales goals
• Convert first-time guests into members by confidently presenting the value of membership

• Build relationships with members and guests to encourage repeat visits
• Pre-book future appointments and help maintain strong client retention
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, check guests in and out, and process payments
• Maintain detailed knowledge of our services, enhancements, memberships, and promotions
• Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, professional front desk and spa environment
• Support the team with additional duties as needed
