Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking and driven Retail Attendant for our spa and retail team, delivering luxury guest service with enthusiasm and a passion for service excellence.

Responsibilities include assisting guests, maintaining inventory, training teammates on product features, generating monthly reports, and supporting spa operations to ensure flawless guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of service industry or retail experience.
• Flexible schedule—weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with retail product inquiries and provide recommendations based on individual needs.
• Maintain knowledge of retail inventory and train team members on product features, benefits, and brand offerings.
• Conduct and reconcile monthly inventory counts for the Retail Boutique and The Spa.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with retail vendors and brand partners.
• Prepare and distribute monthly retail sales reports to vendors.
• Create and submit retail purchase orders through BirchStreet purchasing system.
• Train and support team members in the use of Book4Time software.
• Cross-train within Spa operations and provide operational support as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to ensure product availability and presentation standards.
• Support the achievement of retail sales goals through excellent guest service and product knowledge.
