Job summary

Four Seasons Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a Regular Full-Time Room Service Server to join our luxury resort team. You will greet guests, take orders, and deliver meals with a polished, authentic service style in a high-end setting.

We value hospitality pros who connect with guests, maintain impeccable standards, and work well within a team. The role requires flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays; training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of service industry experience in Food & Beverage, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Current New Mexico Alcohol Serve and Food Handler certifications.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to walk up and down stairs.
• Ability to drive a golf cart.
• Flexible schedule – evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer guest calls, take orders and requests, and prepare trays with a strong attention to detail and professionalism.
• Act as a confident problem solver in guest and team interactions, delivering exceptional hospitality in MICROS system operations.
• Deliver orders accurately and in a timely manner, using your genuine personality to create memorable in-room dining experiences.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the IRD area, including inventory management.
• Adapt quickly to change and multitask effectively, supporting the IRD team and other F&B outlets as needed.
