Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a dedicated Banquet Captain to lead events and deliver exceptional service in a luxury setting. You will supervise banquet service, coordinate with multiple departments, and ensure every detail meets our high standards.

Bring a passion for hospitality, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Experience in a luxury environment is preferred, along with NM Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory banquet service experience, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Current New Mexico Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for all banquet events, ensuring smooth coordination and exceptional execution.
• Anticipate guest needs and take thoughtful action to create memorable experiences.
• Maintain clear communication with in-house group contacts to support seamless events.
• Collaborate with Catering, Conference Services and Kitchen teams to ensure flawless service.
• Offer confident, solutions-focused problem solving and accommodate special requests.

• Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Current New Mexico Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications
• Ability to stand and move around for the entire shift
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs.
