Job summary
Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a diligent General Maintenance team member to perform general repairs and preventive upkeep across the resort. You will work with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure guest areas and facilities run smoothly.

Qualifications
- 2+ years experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general maintenance
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification
- Electrical, plumbing, and/or HVAC certifications are a plus
- English communication skills; Spanish also preferred
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift, bend, and carry up to 50lbs.
- Ability to climb
- Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Provide general repair and maintenance support throughout the resort, ensuring facilities and building systems operate smoothly and safely
- Maintain a sharp eye for detail, prioritizing both visible and behind-the-scenes elements that contribute to an exceptional guest experience
- Approach each day as a proactive problem solver—address issues even when outside the standard task list
- Contribute to a strong, collaborative team environment, consistently acting in the best interest of the resort and colleagues
- Assist with daily maintenance duties as well as engineering projects assigned by the Director of Engineering

- A genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with guests
- Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experience
- A collaborative team player who actively supports and encourages colleagues to achieve shared success
