Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable, prompt, friendly service of food and beverages to dining guests.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation techniques; upsell items.
• Operate POS system to enter orders, process payments, and ensure accuracy.
• Set up and maintain service stations, tables, and pool area; assist with clearing and resets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and casino policies; assist other staff as needed.
