The Spa At The Hotel Hershey, part of Hershey Entertainment and Resorts, is seeking a part-time team member to schedule spa services according to The Hotel Hershey standards. This European-style spa features 30,000 sq ft of relaxation space and 55 treatment rooms with views of the gardens.

Responsibilities include answering questions, booking reservations, greeting guests, settling accounts, and maintaining a calm, professional atmosphere throughout the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a guest oriented atmosphere.
