Job summary

The Hotel Hershey is seeking a part-time Team Member to deliver exceptional guest service in a luxury setting. You will greet guests, coordinate VIP arrivals, manage reservations and special requests, and support bell staff as needed.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of guest service experience, strong communication skills, and a professional, team-oriented attitude. Weekend and holiday availability is required; seasonal hours apply.

Qualifications

• This role requires at least 1 year of guest service experience, preferably in front desk or hotel operations.
• Candidates should be able to communicate clearly with guests and coworkers.
• Candidate must handle cash accurately and use front office systems proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct guests, provide information about events and attractions.
• Coordinate VIP arrivals, transportation requests, welcome letters, messages, and guest room amenities.
• Assist with reservations, tours, and flower deliveries; aid bell staff with luggage storage.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
