Job summary

MeltSpa by Hershey in Hershey, PA is seeking a part-time Spa Concierge to staff the reception and support the spa team in daily operations.

As a Part-Time Team Member, you’ll book appointments, greet guests, promote services, maintain a tidy front desk, and assist with inventory and displays while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury spa setting.

Flexibility for varying hours, the role includes training participation, and access to spa and Hersheypark perks with employee ID.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must have a professional image representative of the luxury day spa market.
• Must possess excellent communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Properly open and close the spa each day and manage spa appointments.*
• Greet guests, describe spa services, and promote spa offerings.*
• Issue lockers, robes, and slippers and escort guests to their lockers.*
• Maintain a clean, organized spa environment and stock supplies.*
• Assist in front- and back-of-house areas and participate in trainings.*
• Communicate incidents to management and assist with inventory control.*
• Create and rotate product displays to highlight offerings.*
• Perform other duties as assigned.
